Swapstar is an app by Thiollywood that creates images with artificial intelligence. By using it you agree to these terms.

Who can use Swapstar

You must be at least 13 years old (and old enough to consent to data processing where you live).

Community rules

• Only use photos of yourself or of people who agree. Never use someone's face to mock, harass, deceive or harm them.
• No nudity or sexual content, no content involving minors in any suggestive way, no hate, violence, bullying, or illegal content.
• Don't pass off creations as real photos to mislead people (no deceptive deepfakes, no fake news, no impersonation).
• Respect others' rights: only post what you're allowed to.

Posts can be reported from the app (⋯ › Report) and you can block anyone. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend accounts.

Your content

You keep your rights on the photos you upload. You give us the permission needed to process them to create your images, and, for what you post, to display it in the app and on its share pages. AI creations can be imperfect or surprising: they're for fun and entertainment.

Names and brands

Templates are original creations for parody and entertainment. Swapstar is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any magazine, film, brand or person evoked by a template.

Stars, purchases and subscriptions

Stars are a virtual item used to create images; they have no cash value and can't be exchanged or refunded except where the law requires. Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and follow their rules, including refunds. Swapstar PRO is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly; free trial when offered): payment is charged to your store account at confirmation; it renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Weekly PRO stars refill every 7 days and don't accumulate.

Service

We work hard to keep Swapstar available but can't guarantee it never fails. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
