My creation failed. Did I lose stars?
No: when a creation fails, its stars are given back automatically.
How do I change a text on a cover or meme?
Open the creation and tap the text on the image. It's free and instant.
How do I keep my account on a new phone?
Settings › Save my creations › Continue with Apple or Google. Then do the same on the new phone.
How do I restore my PRO subscription?
Settings › Restore purchases (with the same Apple ID / Google account).
How do I cancel PRO?
In your App Store or Google Play subscriptions (Settings › Manage subscription in the app takes you there).
Someone used my face / posted something bad.
Tap ⋯ on the post › Report, or write to us with the link. We act within 24 hours.
How do I delete my data?
Settings › Delete my account. Everything is erased immediately. See also the account deletion page.
